War Party

War Party was filmed near Glacier National Park on the Blackfeet Reservation, and in the Browning, Cut Bank, and Choteau areas. Appearing on screen is Chief Mountain, a unique and dramatic-looking mountain peak that is sacred to the Blackfeet Indians and is a much-recognized landmark of Glacier National Park

The plot involves a re-enactment of a battle between the U.S. Cavalry and the Blackfeet that turns into the real thing. Ninety percent of the cast of War Party was Native American.
