2. Prizes
Prizes consist of a Lewis & Clark Commemorative poster provided by the Lewis & Clark Bicentennial Marketing Group, Inc. Prize value is estimated at a $25.00 value.

One entry from the monthly entries will be chosen for this prize. Entries are limited to one per month per person.

One poster will be given away each month for a period of 24 months.

Montana Department of Commerce - Travel Montana reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. A prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state, local or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.

3. How to enter
Notice! You must be 13 years of age or older to enter this contest. Also, if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have the consent of your parents or guardian. In order to participate, contestants must answer three trivia questions and search for three clues within http://montanakids.com. Visit the Montana Kids' Website from April 29, 2005 to April 30, 2007. Fill out the on-line entry form and make sure your entry is submitted before 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on April 30, 2007. Entries are limited to one per month per person.

Regular e-mail may also be used to submit entry forms. Type "Kids' L & C Contest " in the subject line and the three answers into the body of an e-mail and send them to LandCcontest@visitmt.com . These e-mails must also be received by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on April 30, 2007.

Contestants can also submit their entries by U.S. mail. Simply type or print the answers to the four questions on an 8-1/2" x 11" sheet of paper and mail them to:

All mailed entries must be post marked by April 30, 2007. Montana Department of Commerce - Travel Montana is not responsible for any entries lost in the mail.

4. Selection of winner
The promotion begins at 5:00 p.m. on April 29, 2005 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2007. All times are Mountain Standard Time. To be eligible for the monthly drawings, on-line entries must be received by 11:59 PM on the last day of each month. One prize winner will be selected via a random drawing from the total number of monthly entries on or about the first week of each following month through April 30, 2007.

5. Notification
Winners will be notified by U.S. mail, e-mail or phone within 30 days of the selection. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the pool of all eligible entries. Failure to comply with the foregoing may cause the winner to forfeit their prize.

6. Terms and conditions
Open to anyone who is a legal resident of the Continental U.S. and older than 13 years of age and not employees of Montana Department of Commerce - Travel Montana , its parent organization, the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them, nor members of their immediate families.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Entrants, by entering the Sweepstakes, agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Montana Department of Commerce - Travel Montana, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this sweepstakes promotion.

Montana Department of Commerce - Travel Montana reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. Montana Department of Commerce - Travel Montana is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, ineligible, or undelivered.

Montana Department of Commerce - Travel Montana is not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
